Office of Economic Analysis

The Office of Economic Analysis (OEA) was first established by the Council (C.F. 09-2722) in 2011 in the Office of the City Administrative Officer (CAO) with the purpose of incorporating economic impact analysis into the City’s legislative decision-making process. In 2017, the Council authorized the CAO to prepare and release a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to renew the previous panel of on-call economic consultants. The firms listed below were selected through the City’s bidding process in 2018 and may compete for specific projects based on available funding. The term of the pre-qualified panel is up to three years with two options for one-year renewals. The current term is extended through June 27, 2023.
