Invoices for the City's Alliance Settlement Program, Freeway Agreement - Roadmap Program (COVID-19), and Inside Safe Program, paid between January 1, 2024 and March 28, 2024, are provided at the links below, along with supporting metrics and other related documentation. This information will be updated on an ongoing basis.
For most homeless-related services, the City contracts with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), which then subcontracts with non-profit organizations to provide services to People Experiencing Homelessness (PEH).
